What is Solar PV?

Solar PV Panels take light and generate electricity which can be used to power your home.

Excess energy produced is stored in a battery and further supply can top up your hot water.

Installing Solar PV means that you will help to futureproof your home from power cuts or electricity price hikes.

How our systems work

National Grid

From 2022 you will be able to sell excess electricity back to the grid!

Hot Water

When the battery is fully charged, any remaining electricity can be used to boost the hot water cylinder.

PV Solar Panels

Panels collect light and change energy to DC (Direct Current) electricity.

Invertor

The DC electricity is then changed by the invertor to AC (Alternating Current) electricity
which powers the appliances in the home through the fuseboard.

Battery Storage

When home demand is satisfied, excess electricity is stored in a battery as a reserve power source.

25+ Year Life Span

The average PV Solar Panels will continue working for at least 25 years, meaning that you will have capitalised your initial outlay many times over.
